Subject: [PATCH] 	* aclocal.m4 (AM_ICONV): Add explicit check for
 iconv.h. 	* config.in, configure.in: Regenerate. 	* cpphash.h,
 java/lex.h: Check both HAVE_ICONV and HAVE_ICONV_H 	before including
 iconv.h.
