Parent blocks indefinitely waiting for child after child is killed with SIGHUP

Recipe openposixtestsuite, test conformance/interfaces/sigaction/10-1.test

The test is not exiting. It may be a race condition. It appears that signaling your child with SIGHUP, then waiting, will block sometimes. The child does seem to exit; there are no entries in the ps output that appear to be the child. Adding a print statement, printing to the display, may avoid the hang.
