This will make it easier for the kernel to handle other boot protocols which also only pass a single RSDP to the kernel.

When using default Aarch64 QEMU ("Tianocore") EFI firmware, the bootloader is able to show display via ramfb
device, but unable to boot into the kernel due to Failed to find DTB
. This MR provides a quick solution by hardcoding the fallback DTB address until we have a reliable way to detect that this bootloader is loaded via a virt
machine.
Reference to hardcoded DTB address
(Note that the PCID driver is still not working hence unable to use mouse/keyboard)

Update redoxfs
If using virtio-gpu or a bochs compatible vga adapter (like qemu), it should be possible to change the screen size at runtime and for virtio-gpu it is even possible to query the size of the qemu window afaik. As such if either of these are used, it shouldn't even be necessary for the bootloader to ask the user for the screen resolution. It could just keep the default resolution and let virtio-gpud or bgad change the resolution as preferred. I believe we currently don't have anything wired up to change the display resolution though. That would be a part of redox#1428 ("Support mode setting").
Add a variable option in the configuration file to set a default resolution and ignore the resolution picker dialog.
