TOML recipe format conversion status
These recipes have recipe.sh files and need to be converted to the current recipe.toml format to improve/fix issues on the Cookbook system.
(Recipes using recipe.toml files can't use library recipes with recipe.sh files with static linking).
Once it's done all script files from the Cookbook can be removed
