Bump Cargo.lock

I rebased stuff again and that broke compilation. I'll look into avoiding the owned-eventedfd branch in the future to reduce the amount of rebases.

EDIT: I recommend merging netutils!35 (merged) first and then I'll update this Merge Request to reflect those changes
