Filter out "non-apps" from the task switcher list

When using super-tab to switch tasks, the list includes

• Launcher Popup
• Launcher
• Background

In discussion, the decision was taken to filter out windows that don't have a title, and to make changes so those "built-in" orbital apps are launched without a title and hence will be filtered.
