make clean fails to find Cargo manifests
- I agree that I have searched opened and closed issues to prevent duplicates.
make clean fails to find Cargo.toml files.
The command outputs multiple lines similar to
error: manifest path `cookbook/pkgutils/Cargo.toml` does not exist.
I think that in the Makefile the problem is that we cd into
cookbook/ even though the rest of the commands should be run from the repository root.
