Respect terminfo

Created by: kballard

This library looks very promising. But it appears to be hard-coding the ANSI escape sequences instead of using terminfo. I get that ANSI sequences are very widely supported, but it still seems like it would be better to pull the sequences from terminfo. Among other things, env TERM=dumb ./foo still prints colors with termion, even though the dumb terminfo entry doesn't define any way to do so.
