	GLIBCXX_IS_NATIVE on Darwin crosses.
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_CONFIGURE_TESTSUITE): Don't skip configuring
	the testsuite just because there's no symbol versioning.
	* configure: Regenerate.
