* Makefile.tpl (EXTRA_TARGET_FLAGS): Set LDFLAGS=LDFLAGS_FOR_TARGET. 

	* Makefile.def (flags_to_pass): Add LDFLAGS_FOR_TARGET.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
