	* java/net/SocketPermission.java
	(maybeBracketIPv6Address): Renamed to processHostport.
	(processHostport): Also translate "" to "localhost".
	(setHostPort): Remove special cases for empty hostport and for
	extra colons in hostport (processHostport handles these now).
