	* decl2.c (grokoptypename): Add SCOPE parameter. tsubst the type
	if in a template scope.
	* parse.y (unoperator): Return the scope.
	(operator_name): Adjust grokoptypename call.
testsuite:
	* g++.dg/parse/conv_op1.C: New test.
