        (jdwpOptions): New global.
        (parse_x_arg): Add processing for "X" options "debug" and
        "runjdwp:"
        (_Jv_RunMain): If debugging, start up JDWP backend.
        Send VM_INIT and VM_DEATH when appropriate.
