* crossconfig.m4 (GLIBCXX_CROSSCONFIG): Remove invocations of 

	GLIBCXX_CHECK_COMPILER_FEATURES.
	* configure.ac: Always invoke GLIBCXX_CHECK_COMPILER_FEATURES.
	Remove invocations elsewhere.
	* configure: Regenerate.
