	* include/bits/basic_string.tcc (find(const _CharT*, size_type,
	size_type)): Reimplement in terms of traits::eq and traits::compare.
	* include/ext/vstring.tcc (find(const _CharT*, size_type,
	size_type)): Likewise.
	* src/string-inst.cc: Remove unneded std::search instantiation.
