* gimplify.c (struct gimplify_init_ctor_preeval_data): New.

        (gimplify_init_ctor_preeval_1): New.
        (gimplify_init_ctor_preeval): New.
        (gimplify_init_ctor_eval): New.
        (gimplify_init_constructor): Use them.  Always gimplify the LHS
        object first.
