        (htab_elements): Likewise.
        (htab_mod, htab_mod_m2): New.
        (htab_delete): Refactor htab->size and htab->entries.
        (htab_empty): Likewise.
        (find_empty_slot_for_expand): Use htab_size, htab_mod, htab_mod_m2.
        (htab_find_with_hash, htab_find_slot_with_hash): Likewise.
        (htab_clear_slot): Use htab_size, htab_elements.
        (htab_traverse_noresize, htab_traverse): Likewise.
