Fix winsup (cygwin) build failure with VLAs and inline functions.

	* cp/optimize.c (remap_decl): Add walk_tree calls for DECL_SIZE (t)
	and TYPE_MAX_VALUE (TYPE_DOMAIN (TREE_TYPE (t))).
