	and LIBSUPCXX_INCLUDES.  Re-purpose TOPLEVEL_INCLUDES to refer to
	things from the top level.

	Comment out the conditionals for CANADIAN and GLIBCXX_BUILD_LIBMATH
	(currently unused).  Strip the fake-VPATH shell fragment from
