	typedef rtx or rtvec here.  Change all uses of struct rtx_def *,
	struct rtvec_def *, or union tree_node * to use rtx, rtvec,
	and tree respectively.

	typedef tree here.  Change all uses of struct rtx_def *,
	struct rtvec_def *, or union tree_node * to use rtx, rtvec,
	and tree respectively.
