README now has all info about compilation process

1. made compatible with "new" pkgutils
2. build now uses VPATH method
3. new "configure" has been tested to work on PopOS

# QEMU recipe
1. Replace old QEMU recipe with new recipe (6.0.0)
2. remove redox.patch (patches are  DEPRECATED)
3. DANGER: new recipe if meant for specific directory structure
and build settings. NOT FOR PROD. (disabled in redox ATM)
(custom recipe_fetch, recipe_prepare)

# misc.
4. ADD qemu-test recipe to study how cookbook works
5. qemu-test may be removed later after study of recipe system
6. qemu-test source excluded for gitignore

`make` is `gmake` on FreeBSD, so add a variable to include this change in command.
