Improve Redox logo

The Logo is not behaving properly in InkScape, I think as a result of manually adjusting the font weight for some of the letters. Most of the text is no longer editable.

I included notes on how to recreate the logo. At some point in the future, this will be needed, so I recommend keeping the notes.

If you would like me to do another draft of the logo and try not to lose the ability to edit the text, I will happily do that. Let me know.
