The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Change the metadata format to be similar to Cargo.toml
Two reasons I'd like to make this change:
- This way multiple authors can be specified.
- Allows copy-pasting between the background TOML and Cargo.toml files.
Nothing seems to use these TOMLs yet, so I don't think this change will break anything.
