Many tweaks to the Redox Book

In reading the Redox Book I found a few improvements that could have been made. I really like the book so far and this PR by no means makes it perfect, but does put some information in places I expected to find them and helps readability in certain places.

The changes include:

  • Editing for flow and understandability.
  • Unifying how links are included in the source files.
  • Adding an About this Book page to the introduction.
  • Adding a few examples or new pieces of information I felt were lacking when I read the book.
  • Unifying 'user space' and 'kernel space' spelling.
