Correction to gcc recipe

Check if recipe has been updated in repo.sh

Strip only executables, not libraries

Striping crt* was causing issues.

Strip binaries in gcc and gnu-binutils, for much smaller file size

Make dash available as /bin/sh

Add "shopt -s nullglob" to fix patch loop

Make stage call unstage

Handle patches in prepare

We don't want the package to potentially have artifacts from a prior
build.

Allow build on FreeBSD
