Python won't compile

I ran into an issue where ld throw an error because there was multiple definitions of wcstok and wcstol. Its located in cookbook/recipes/python/build/Modules/main.c at line 60. Like the last issue I made a few months ago there is a redox with defines both of these for the platform. I deleted the entire block and it compiles fine now.

I don't really know enough to know if keeping it is important or if its just left over from the past. So I thought I would make this issue.
