Switch to rust-gdb-remote-protocol

Multiple people have recommended https://github.com/luser/rust-gdb-remote-protocol instead, and it looks like it's a lot more high level than my own gdb-protocol. Especially due to the lack of time I'll have shortly, I am very open to joining efforts.
