Prompt w/ Powerline-rs

Hello @mmstick, I posted my issues on github, apologies for not posting it here first, with using Powerline-rs for my prompt. I tried

fn PROMPT
    powerline-rs --shell bare $?
end

in my ~/.config/ion/initrc but that made my prompt blank and dropped down two lines in the terminal.
