Use saner default completion

AdminXVII requested to merge AdminXVII/ion:no-history-completion into master
  • Don't show history for completion
  • If nothing is typed, only autocomplete folders
  • If the first word is being typed, propose functions, aliases, builtins and commands
  • Else, show files in the current folder and variables
