Don't warn about path for COSMIC apps

Ron Williams requested to merge rw_van/kernel:cosmic-path-warning into master

The COSMIC apps are using crates that have the deprecated scheme format. More investigation is required to fix the COSMIC apps, but this change will temporarily remove the kernel warning about the path format.
