Bind pageup and Pagedown to have a default action.

Open Matthias Bussonnier requested to merge Carreau/liner:page-updown into master

Settle on the same thing as Up/Down for now.

If that suits you I'd like to have "Up" be "move cursor up, or previous entry in history if already on first line", that is quite convenient when editing multiple lines.
