Add missing function keys

Fixes #14 (closed).

I have tested that the function keys are now working in the terminal by rebuilding my Redox Os image and running it in Qemu.

Then i formatted the code base with cargo-fmt.

I also fixed the badges in README, and the failing CI linux job.
