Update Cargo.lock

This fixes an issue with edge-triggered orbital that was fixed in orbclient 0.3.15. I've been delaying this for too long since it only freezes occasionally and isn't always broken. Finally, here is is. It's related to orbclient!52 (merged) and orbterm!15 (merged), and I think this was the last program that needed updating.
