makeall not working with latest version of libcollections

Reproduction: [describe how you are able to reproduce ("trigger") this bug/issue.]
Try doing make all with latest rust nightly.
Expected behavior: [describe the behavior you would expect the repro to yield.]
make finishes.
Actual behavior: [describe the actual behavior, which is presented through the repro.].
Stops with error during libcollections

Know Windows isn't really supported but I was thinking about seeing what it would take to make it work but don't even get that far before it breaks :)
