Problem:

packages: flex, bison, gperf, libpng-dev, and libhtml-parser-perl are all needed to build redox-os on Ubuntu

Solution:

add flex, bison, gperf, libpng-dev, and libhtml-parser-perl to the Ubuntu bootstrap.
