Add demo.toml, plus dependencies in bootstrap.sh

This version of demo.toml uses 256MB of space. The items added to the apt-get list include some things that are not needed for this shortened demo list, but are needed for other items in "jeremy.toml" that we will want to include in future, e.g. I don't think meson and ninja-build are mandatory now. I decided to leave them in.
