Add dependencies for Neverball, plus podman.mk fixes

Ron Williams requested to merge rw_van/redox:rw_van_221126 into master

Dependencies for Neverball added to containerfile and bootstrap.sh. CONFIG_NAME now determines FILESYSTEM_CONFIG rather than vice versa. Added container_kill and container_su convenience commands. Changed pwd to $ROOT in volume names for Podman.
