Bootstrap non-interactively

mattmadeofpasta requested to merge mattmadeofpasta/redox:non-interactive-bootstrap into master

Introduce a -y flag to allow executing the bootstrap script non-interactively.

In non-interactive mode we answer "yes" or select the default option for rustup and package managers. Only the apt, dnf and pacman package managers are supported.
