Podman: Use named debian image, add appstream dependency

Ron Williams requested to merge rw_van/redox:podman-shared-mime into master

This change locks the debian image that the podman environment is built with, to avoid the problem with Ubuntu adding an account with UID=1000.

It also adds the appstream dependency to address the problem building shared-mime-info recipe.
