Rename the "server-minimal" config and create the "minimal-net" config

The current server-minimal configuration name is confusing, because it lacks the network stack and some basic networking tools.

The "minimal" name is more appropriate to the context of this configuration, as it lacks the network stack recipes, I created the "minimal-net" variant.
