Fix redoxer config

It now sets the VT var as orbital expects, and pulls in the ion package since that's now set as the default shell. Maybe bash should be removed? Also, the redoxer repo needs to get updated with this new config. I feel like maybe the config should be hosted on static.redox-os.org, so that it doesn't get out of date with the packages there. (It'd be nice to be able to edit the config without recompiling redoxer, too :))
