Updates needed for newer rust nightly

This should fix #2 (closed)

I don't think these changes should be merged as is. What I'd like is for the dependencies to get updated.

• First pkgutils!35 (closed)
• Then installer!13 (closed) after adjusting it to use the result of pkgutils!35 (closed)
