Fix image unmounting & tooling to work under gentoo and MacOS

Will Angenent requested to merge freewilll/redoxfs:use-fusermount3-where-possible into master

This fixes unmounting with gentoo. This function will be use by the installer to unmount the image after the build.

Changes

  • Added unmount_path method that tries several fusermount binaries
  • Adapted Makefile to work with gentoo and MacOS
