Cbindgen update

Continuation of cbindgen!7 (closed)

Huge diff of the generated headers (it's over 3000): https://gitlab.redox-os.org/snippets/135.

Smaller diffs from version to version are available in cbindgen MR but they contain bug with mprotect. Difference between previous and this PR: 090_ups.diff

I checked it few times and it looks good for me but it can't hurt if this is checked by more people.
