Create Gitlab-CI config

This isn't really a proper CI setup (I don't use artifacts) and the tests take forever to compile, given that there are three different test jobs running simultaneously and the massive dependencies, but it does work, and they do pass. I included a redox compile target, but unfortunately I don't have a setup for running tests on redox.
