The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Move tests, examples & benches into ./dev
- Remove unicode-normalization, not really used and adds developer compile bloat.
- Update CI & readme.
With this structure we can avoid dev-dependency feature bleed but also retain heavier tests, etc. It's also faster for CI with a single test:dev run.
