Fix warning for clippy

Matt DeBoard requested to merge mattdeboard/stb_truetype-rs:feature-tool-lints into master

When trying to build my project, I get the following errors:

error[E0658]: scoped lint `clippy::all` is experimental (see issue #44690)

This patch adds #![feature(tool_lints)].
