I didn't have cmake installed on arch, and my build failed. Thought it should be included in the book

In section 3.1 'Preparing Redox', the book suggests using the cross compilers from glendc/gcc_cross_compilers. These no longer work, and are not being used in the bootstrap.sh script from the redox-os/redox repo. This closes #84.

mdBook uses pulldown-cmark. pulldown-cmark implements CommonMark. CommonMark, unlike Github Markdown, needs a space after # for ATX style headers. See http://spec.commonmark.org/0.27/#atx-headings

Elaborate the use of the bootstrap script. Include a word of caution in case dependencies already exist on the system and are skipped by bootstrap. Restructure the chapter to better distinguish between a manual setup and a script based setup.

Improved the language in the "Exploring OrbTK" section.

this step is different for Linux-, MacOS-MacPorts- and MacOS-Hombrew users,
therefore I provided this step for each of the 3 target groups.

It looks like virtual terminal usage has changed, so I updated this page. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The `bootstrap` script works as well on MacOS X

Add `override` statement

Add an additional description of how to install the nightly version of Rust, using `rustup`.

`multirust` is now deprecated - now use `rustup`

The changes include:
- Editing for flow and understandability.
- Unifying how links are included in the source files.
- Adding an `About this Book` page to the introduction.
- Adding a few examples or new pieces of information I felt were
  lacking when I read the book.
- Unifying 'user space' and 'kernel space' spelling.
- Added myself to the authors list in `overview/welcome.md`.
