rm-dr requested to merge rm-dr/redoxfs:mark/fs-cleanup into master

I spent my weekend making sense of RedoxFS, leaving comments and minor readability edits as I went.

These docs will be valuable to others---might as well merge them into master.

Overview of changes:

  • Added documentation for core fs logic
  • Ran cargo fmt on everything
  • Cleaned up a few functions
