Make homepage image responsive.

Change font load to nonblocking.

Setting the swap option of font-display allows the dom to use fallback fonts while
loading the custom font. Changing the font to nonblocking reduced time to first meainingful
paint by almost two seconds.

Using media queries inside of a picture element, we can serve up smaller images for mobile users.
Bringing the homepage picture locally to img/redox-orbital gives us more control over image sizes and formats.
